At Covert Instruments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the generated packing slip inside.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
